This page explains what personal information Hard Graft Ventures collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@hardgraftventures.com.

What we collect

If you fill in the form on this site, we receive what you type in it: your name, your email address, and whatever you tell us about your industry, your experience and your idea. Some fields are optional, and you decide how much to share.

We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

We use what you send us for one purpose: to read your message, decide whether there's a conversation worth having, and reply to you. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on your consent when you choose to send the form.

Who sees it

Your message is delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service we use to send form submissions to our inbox. The website itself is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. Neither of them uses your information for their own purposes. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we're in a conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you'd like us to delete what you've sent, ask and we will.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
